for the development, design and construction of their project. Through our

be assembled that conforms to your specialized needs. The overall project
duration can be decreased by overlapping critical design and construction
phases. This results in increased cost savings to the Owner.

Construction Management

For the Owner who wants direct control of contracts, Lindblad can provide
Construction Management services. These services include pre-construction
estimating, scheduling, bid package design and bid review. As construction
proceeds, Lindblad furnishes on site supervision, quality assurance, cost
and scheduling control throughout the project until completion.
